　　湖北阳新16岁少女邱阿红(化名)在湘西凤凰古城不堪受辱，跳楼身亡(本报前日曾予详细报道)。昨日阳新县司法工作人员陪同其家属赶至凤凰县维权，本报记者一同前往。凤凰县公安局张姓副局长告诉记者，5名犯罪嫌疑人已于前日以涉嫌强奸罪被依法逮捕。

　　5名犯罪嫌疑人已被批捕

　　“犯罪嫌疑人已被批捕！”昨日下午，凤凰县公安局一张姓副局长介绍，案件发生后，县委、县政府高度重视，成立了“9・4”案件处置指挥部，要求迅速破案，依法严肃查处。

　　9月5日，凤凰县公安局成立“9・4”专案组展开侦破；9月8日，案件成功侦破，县公安局依法对林某、龚某、徐某等5名犯罪嫌疑人实施刑事拘留。案发前，龚某为凤凰县公安交警大队民警，徐某为凤凰县公安交警大队协警。

　　凤凰县人民检察院也提前介入此案，前日经凤凰县人民检察院批准，以涉嫌强奸罪，对林某等5名犯罪嫌疑人依法逮捕。

　　阳新政府派专人协助维权

　　前日，《湖北16岁烈女殒命凤凰古城》经本报报道后，邱阿红的家乡阳新县县委县政府高度重视，委托阳新县法律援助中心律师陈新启陪同邱阿红的家人前往凤凰县维权，本报记者一同前往。几经辗转，邱阿红的家人于昨日傍晚再次来到凤凰这个伤心地。

　　到达凤凰后，看到灯火辉煌的“天下凤凰大酒店”，邱阿红的父亲邱永贵让出租车停下，他望着女儿出事的酒店，声泪俱下：“苦命的女儿就是从这家酒店的9楼跳下的。” 邱永贵说，这次到凤凰不把女儿跳楼的真相弄清楚，他不会回老家。

　　此事引起众多网友关注，本报报道刊出后，被200多家网站转载，众网友对这5名犯罪嫌疑人表示谴责，特别是对涉案的民警龚某、协警徐某知法犯法表示强烈愤慨。

　　警方先前通报强奸案情

　　昨日中午，记者在长沙陪同邱阿红家属见到了此案代理律师唐先生，他介绍了前期与警方接触的情况。

　　唐律师介绍，9月10日,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，他受邱阿红家属委托替邱阿红维权。随后几日，他陪同家属与警方见面进行了交涉。

　　疑点一：未成年为何通报成年？

　　凤凰县公安局在网上的公告称，“9月4日晚7时许，凤凰县天下凤凰大酒店发生一起女青年跳楼死亡事件。”邱永贵说，明明女儿才16岁，还未成年，怎么就成女青年了？

　　疑点二：为何要重新尸检？

　　9月13日，凤凰县公安局称此案移交到湘西自治洲公安局侦办，要进行二次尸检。家属并没有要求，为何警方要做第二次尸检？警方在第一次调查中是不是遗漏了有关送检项目？

　　疑点三：为何不及时通知家属？

　　9月4日，邱阿红跳楼身亡，直到9月6日下午，家人才得到消息。邱永贵说，出事时，女儿身边就有身份证、手机等物品，警方很容易找到家人的联系方式，为何要拖延两天才通知？

　　疑点四：鉴定结果为何迟迟不公布？

　　9月13日，案情通报会上，凤凰县政法委负责人承诺于9月14日出鉴定结果，为何至今没有下文？

　　疑点五：警方通报为何避重就轻？

　　9月13日，警方向家属及律师通报案情，明确表示邱阿红跳楼前被人强奸。9月20日，凤凰县公安局通报案情时，为何只表述为猥亵？
