　　中秋夜，老父一怒杀子一时冲动碎了一个家庭

　　民警叹息：多些沟通或可避免悲剧

　　本报讯轰动一时的碎尸案终于破了，但绍兴县的民警们心情却异常沉重。

　　因为凶手是一位年过六旬的父亲。在今年的中秋之夜，他亲手杀了自己的儿子。

　　今年10月6日，一个头颅在河里被人发现，包裹着的是个黑色的塑料袋。

　　警方经过搜索排查，确认他就是36岁的柯桥本地人杨明(化名)。经过调查，警方注意到了杨明的父亲老杨。

　　面对民警，63岁的老杨老泪纵横，他说出了案情的真相。其实，他就是凶手。

　　原来在杨家，多年来儿子和父亲一直都有争执。就在悲剧发生的一个星期前，父子还发生过吵架和打斗。

　　9月22日，也就是中秋节，万家团圆的日子。晚餐后，父子两人又因为生活琐事争吵了起来。

　　其间，杨明一边嘴巴叨咕着,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，一边就冲上来伸出手要掐住老杨的脖子，但被老杨躲开了。杨明就到卫生间洗澡去了。

　　在儿子洗澡的这段时间内，老杨想了很多。他越想越激动：“看来今天晚上儿子是不会放过我了，我应该有所防范。”

　　接着，老杨走进了自己的房间拿来了一把长十多厘米的工艺刀，放在裤兜。杨明洗好澡就出来了。老杨盯着自己的儿子，生怕被他袭击。

　　果然，杨明又伸出手准备去掐父亲的脖子。这次老杨没有选择躲避，而是拿出了裤兜里的刀朝杨明的胸口刺了进去……

　　“他总是不听我的话……而且我当时火气也大，太冲动了。”说着说着，老杨流泪了。现在他涉嫌故意杀人罪被批捕。

　　“如果早些时候，家人们能多些劝导，多些沟通，把一些矛盾及时化解，那悲剧可能就不会发生了。毕竟是父子啊，又不是仇人。”办案的民警这样叹息，希望悲剧能给人一些警示。
