荆楚网消息 (楚天都市报) (记者蒋绶)近日，有读者在网上举报：在武汉市江汉区的商业黄金地段清芬一路，惊现巨无霸式的违章建筑。 该读者称：“此违章建筑物原登记房产面积仅2层楼，为130平方米，可经过一年多时间的违章建设，此违章建筑物已摇身一变，于2009年12月11日封顶，成为一幢8层楼、面积近3000平方米的大型商用建筑。” 昨日，记者来到清芬一路，该处是寸土寸金的繁华商业区。在清芬一路53号，确有一栋刚刚封项的大楼，楼外还包裹着脚手架和防护网,tod's men's shoes，已停止施工。记者准备进入大楼查看，但工地铁门紧锁着。在该楼的对面，就是满春街道办事处。记者试图通过街办联系该楼的主人，被婉拒。 记者找到武汉市城市规划国土资源管理局江汉分局，执法科的负责人介绍，清芬一路53号原规划为一栋4层楼、局部5层楼的建筑，占地面积330余平方米。去年9月，该局已对这栋建筑进行验收。至于验收后该建筑又进行加层，属于局部违章。根据“批后管理”的相关规定，规划部门验收后发生的违章建设，应由城管部门管理。 记者又联系到江汉区城管局。该局相关负责人解释，该建筑由一家服饰公司申报，规划为5层，但实际加盖到7层，6-7层系违建部分，违章建筑面积近700平方米。因为规划部门去年9月验收后，没有及时和城管部门衔接，造成监管纰漏。本月初，城管部门已着手调查该处建筑的违建问题。 据称，此事已引起江汉区委区政府的高度关注。昨日，江汉区政府已成立专班展开调查。 |
